MEET ALLISON
Owner & Trainer
From humble beginnings as a barn rat at a hunter/jumper facility in Oldwick, NJ, Allison hit her stride in an
eventing barn working with an adorable, yet naughty,
pony appropriately named Sassy. This is where her love
of training horses began. Allison spent the next several years traveling across central New Jersey riding anything from ‘quiet but needs exercise’ to backing babies and problem horses. After taking on clients of her own as a teenager, Allison began to focus on dressage and went
on to show the FEI Five Year Old Test at the elusive Dressage at Devon at 14, earning her USDF Bronze Medal by the age of 16, and training the FEI Junior tests on a horse she brought along herself.
Allison stepped out of the major show scene for a while to carefully develop several other horses and place them in homes to reflect their individual talents. Allison’s passion is training a well-rounded and confident horse that could go any direction, working closely with their owner to achieve a harmonious partnership under saddle and on the ground.

Allison's patience in dealing with all types of horses, regardless of their issues, is perhaps most notable. Regardless of the destined discipline, Allison's method focuses on mental stimulation as well as correct body mechanics to boost fitness
and rideability.
